Post Wedding Details & Timelines
Below is directions on how to download your images. Be sure to pull up your gallery and follow along. Directions are for desktop. Please download the mobile app: Pass App to access your images (please use the same email address when creating an account)

DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS
Wedding Photos
To View Gallery - No later than 3 weeks after wedding. Depending on the time of year, we try to get galleries to couples as quick as
possible. In most cases the images will arrive way before the 3 week mark but
we ask that you are patient as we make sure your gallery is beautiful.
Download Images - We'll send
the download of the image the day we post your blog, typically when we send the gallery. We like to keep our
blog up-to-date, so the post are up relatively soon. If the blog doesn't post your
wedding within 3 weeks of your wedding, we'll send the download to you, regardless of the publication.
Albums
To Proof - Two months from your wedding date an online slideshow of your album will be sent to you. You have 2 months from
that date to view and make any changes before the album is archived.
Order - Albums arrival is 1-2 months after order is made
Albums are handmade and take up to 2 months to arrive. In most cases, the
album is shipped to the studio and we hand deliver. If you live out of state,
the album will be shipped to you. You have up to a year to place an order for
an album. After a year, your album credit expires.

Where can I print or share?
You are free to share online through blogs and social media or print with any company.
Can I publish, share, or sell my photos?
You are more than welcome to share your images with family & friends. The only restrictions are sharing with businesses, publications, or selling the images without our permission.
Why don't our parents have access to the photos?
You are more than welcome to share your download but we want to make sure the prints order are as best quality as possible. Our computers are calibrated to print with our printers. We don't want your family to print a bunch of images only for them to turn out green or too dark. When you do share, let family and friends know that all printers aren't created equal.
How long are our images online?
10 years from the publish date (when we send the gallery).
